Agreement to terms

By using this website (jamespark.ca) and its tools — including the pre-qualification estimator, Burn My Mortgage calculator, client portal, and partner directory — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not a formal pre-approval

Every estimate, score, or "pre-qualification" result produced by this site is a self-reported, good-faith estimate only. It is not a formal mortgage pre-approval, a rate guarantee, a rate hold, or a lending commitment of any kind. A pre-qualification is subject to a full mortgage application, pre-approval with a rate hold, and full underwriting and lender review and approval. James Park personally reviews every file before anything is treated as final.

No investment or legal advice

Nothing on this site — including anything generated by the on-site chat assistant — constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Rate information, program eligibility, and every calculation on this site can only be verified and confirmed through James Park, a licensed Mortgage Broker (BC License #503774). Always confirm your specific numbers with James before making a financial decision.

Accounts

If you create an account (client login or partner login), you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at james@jamespark.ca if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Partner directory

Realtors, lawyers, notaries, financial planners, insurance agents, and accountants listed in our directory are independent professionals, not employees of James Park Mortgage. We vet partners before listing them but don't guarantee the outcome of any engagement with a listed partner.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access another person's account or file, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
