This site is operated by James Park, a licensed Mortgage Broker in British Columbia (License #503774), doing business as James Park MortgagePal. - Provide a mortgage pre-qualification estimate and follow up with you personally

Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider, with access controls restricting who can view your file to James Park and, where applicable, a partner you've been specifically connected with. We do not store full credit card or banking information on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site at this time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable privacy law.
